this designation at the time of incorporating
- As a courtesy, Capital Connection, Inc. can retain several original
certificates designating registered agent.
- Capital Connection, Inc. will sign on as Registered Agent. We
will add the yearly Registered Agent service fee of $165.00 for Florida
Companies, and $185.00 for all other states.
- Service of Process is sent to
the address specified by our clients. Please note it is our
clients
responsibility to provide Capital Connection, with updated forwarding address.
